One output channel speaker channel was feed directly to the large speaker in the organ base. The amp was simply stood on end in there with metal bands attached to the two bottom feet. Simply replace the original electronics entirely. That is one way to make a repair I guess. I certainly did not expect to find a real nice condition NAD 3140 Stereo amplifier. I opened up the back to investigate as the organ was not very loud compared even to our electric piano. I got a free Hammond F2000 organ yesterday.
